What We Think

  • Strategy is a blueprint for content.
  • Content without a strategy is like building a house without a blueprint.
  • Digital marketing does not and will never exist in a vacuum.
  • Surely whoever stole our rosemary plant will return it in good time.
  • Doing one or two social platforms well is better than doing all of them poorly.
  • Invest in what you reasonably have time and resources to succeed at. Then, build from there.
  • Engagement does not always equal effectiveness.
  • A good response time isn’t a day, it’s an hour.
  • Not every comment warrants a response.
  • Not every brand needs a Snapchat.
  • Echo chambers are the digital equivalent of willful ignorance.
  • Social media is imperfect, volatile, young and highly privatized. It should be used to a brand’s advantage with an awareness of its dangers.
  • Sometimes a photo is worth a thousand words. Sometimes.
  • Younger generations are increasingly visual.
  • Keeping up with industry trends is a daily exercise.
